HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It will depends on the quantity of order, if we hold the inventory of semi-finished product, delivery time will be around 15 days, if the full container order it will take 35-45days for production.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE FACTORY?

You could choose air or train from most city in China.
We could pick up you in below point by vehicle.

Please try us. We sometimes do it if it is a small change. 
We also do special designs for larger runs.

WHERE ARE FEIMAI PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All FEIMAI products are manufactured in China.
FEIMAI is a true manufacturer, unlike many other bathroom accessories companies buy from third party. 
We own our own manufacturing facilities and full product line showroom.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

Brass bathroom accessories have a 3 year warranty(subject to warranty conditions)
Actually it could use more than 10 years depends on how user care of them.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE PRODUCT?

When cleaning your bathroom accessories we recommend using non abrasive dish soap and water. 
It's always best to use water and a soft cloth.

HOW CAN I GET SAMPLES?

Samples is provided by reasonable charge. 
It can be sent by any courier OR international express with consignee account number.
